Chris and her team had jumped through hoops to help get my new pup to my home. The personal touch involving the coordination and planning with their delivery service, has been tremendous. Fawn River was one of many that I contacted when I needed a dog transported from FL to PA. They were the ONLY service to answer all of my questions and they did so very promptly. When I requested a phone call, I received one the very next morning. Chris was extremely patient with me and my plethora of questions and concerns, she was personable and professional at the same time. After feeling confident with the conversation, I requested a few references to call, Chris sent them promptly, and every one of them was impeccable. I booked the transport, our driver, Mitchell was excellent and kept me updated during the entire transport, and our little guy got to PA on time and most importantly, SAFELY! Definite 5 stars for this transport team! Your dog is in safe and experienced hands with them! Will call them anytime I am in need of a ride for one of our 4 legged friends! They transported a Pug to me and the puppy arrived in wonderful condition, the transport vehicle was clean, the driver was caring, and very friendly. I will be using them for my pups if my customers need transport! Chris is a wonderful person as well, very friendly and caring and understanding
Fawn river puppy brought me 2 pugs the delivery was for a Thursday I couldn’t due Thursday so moral of the story they came Thursday to my area and stood down in NJ area till Friday that was the nicest thing anyone has done for me they really appreciate there customers fawn river puppy is a great company
